Installation impossible EST Password Manager

Lors de l'installation il y a eu un problème et maintenant impossible de l'installer. Il indique que c'est en cours et ce n'esta pas le cas.

perte de la clé de recuperation
Bonjour lors d'une reinitialisation de mon pc j'ai oublié de sauver la clé de récupération de mon ESET Password Manager.
Apres la réinstallation de mon eset j'ai voulu ré-enclencher mon password manager mais j'ai perdu ma clé de récuperation donc il m'est impossible de changer mon mot de pass que j'ai perdu egalement comment puis-je faire car mon adresse mmail est l'adresse principal de mon eset, de eset home

Activating Password Manager on New Device
'll admit upfront I really struggle with Password Manager. I end up creating my own and just storing them in the manager because if I allow manager to create one for a website, and I try to access the website on a different device, I am essentially locked out. Now I have a new laptop, with its own eset license. When I enter the email connected to my password manager where my passwords are stored, it just says that email already is taken, or something like that. I am trying to work on my own website, but because I let PM create the password, I am locked out again . What am I doing wrong and how do I get access on the laptop to my own website?

Can no longer log in
I can no longer log into my account. It keeps saying wrong password for me. I know I'm using the right password because I have to log back in every time I open up my browser. I tried resetting the password with my Master Key but it keeps saying invalid user.
