Auto-fills text inputs and textareas during form testing
Auto-fills most text inputs and textareas when testing SingleComm message forms. For certain input fields that are easily identified by field.name (examples: "given" is the field.name of a first name field, while "family" is the field.name of a last name field) the extension uses a hard-coded string to fill the field.value. Example: an input field with a field.name of "given" would be filled with the string "Test First" unless its prompt includes the string "pt" or the string "patient," in which case it would be filled with "Test Patient First." For all other inputs, the extension looks back at the previous html sibling element, which would typically be a <prompt>, and gets the prompt-text from that prompt and uses that string to fill the field.value. The extension has no affect on any element other than <input> or <textarea>.
