Error Watcher is a developer and tester tool that monitors your web pages for errors in real time and notifies you the moment something goes wrong — even when DevTools is closed. What it monitors: - JavaScript exceptions and uncaught runtime errors - Console errors and warnings - Failed network requests — 4xx, 5xx, CORS blocks, and ERR_ failures How it notifies you: - Red badge on the extension icon showing the total error count - Error log in the popup with expandable stack traces Built for testers and developers: - Monitor all sites or specific domains and ports only (e.g. localhost:8009) - Pause and resume monitoring without uninstalling - Per-category capture controls — toggle JS errors, warnings, and network failures independently - Clear errors individually by category or all at once - Click any error entry to open a full detail page with the stack trace and source location Lightweight and private: - No external servers — all data stays in your browser - No tracking, no analytics, no ads - Works on Chrome, Edge, and Brave
