You can read 1 page at a time if you shrink the width of your browser window. There are decent customization options like several dark/night themes, fonts/sizes, line spacing, etc. You flip pages by using arrow keys or by clicking on the left/right pages, but not with a mouse wheel. There is a helpful search feature.

ok but i don't like reading 2 pages on the screen, apparently this can't be configured
