Overview
Epsilon Download Manager browser integration with smart capture, media detection, queues and a download basket.
Epsilon Download Manager Integration connects Google Chrome to the Epsilon Download Manager desktop application for Windows. Use the extension to: • Capture supported browser downloads and send them to Epsilon. • Download links using the right-click menu. • Send all links from a webpage to Epsilon as a batch. • Send only highlighted or selected links as a batch. • Detect downloadable video, HLS and DASH media. • Display a convenient download button over supported videos. • Transfer downloads to Epsilon queues and schedules. • Apply the visual theme selected in the desktop application. The Epsilon Download Manager desktop application must be installed on the computer. This extension communicates with the installed application through Chrome Native Messaging and does not work as a standalone download manager. To perform downloads requested by the user, the extension may locally pass the download URL, filename, referrer and relevant website cookies to the installed Epsilon application. This information is used only to complete the requested download. Epsilon does not sell this information or use it for advertising.
