ePREMA Teacher Helper ialah extension Chrome tidak rasmi yang dibangunkan untuk membantu guru menyediakan dan mengisi rekod pengajaran ePREMA dengan lebih cepat menggunakan data RPH yang disediakan sendiri oleh pengguna. ePREMA Teacher Helper is an unofficial Chrome extension designed to help teachers prepare and fill ePREMA teaching records more efficiently using RPH data prepared by the user. Extension ini menggabungkan fungsi RPH AutoFill, Auto TMK dan Impak/Refleksi Pukal dalam satu interface. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengurangkan kerja menaip dan mengisi maklumat yang berulang, sambil membolehkan guru menyemak semula semua maklumat sebelum disimpan ke dalam ePREMA. The extension combines RPH AutoFill, Auto TMK and Bulk Impak/Reflection tools in one interface. It is intended to reduce repetitive manual data entry while allowing teachers to review the information before saving it in ePREMA. FUNGSI UTAMA / MAIN FEATURES • Import fail JSON RPH sendiri. • Upload your own RPH JSON data. • Cari RPH mengikut subjek, tahun/kelas, minggu, tarikh atau tajuk. • Search RPH by subject, year/class, week, date or title. • Auto isi medan RPH seperti tajuk, Standard Kandungan, Standard Pembelajaran, objektif, kriteria kejayaan dan aktiviti. • Autofill RPH fields such as title, content standards, learning standards, objectives, success criteria and activities. • Auto isi maklumat tambahan RPH. • Auto-fill additional RPH information. • Auto TMK mengikut subjek dan tahun jika padanan tersedia. • Auto TMK based on the selected subject and year where a matching configuration is available. • Sokongan PK, KBAT, EMK dan ABM/BBM. • Support for PK, KBAT, EMK and ABM/BBM. • Isi Impak/Refleksi secara pukal untuk banyak rekod. • Bulk Impak/Reflection entry for multiple RPH records. • Pilih banyak tarikh, kelas dan subjek sekaligus. • Select multiple dates, classes and subjects when preparing Impak/Reflection. • Ruangan jumlah murid, hadir dan capai adalah pilihan. • Student count, attendance and achievement fields are optional when using the Impak tool. • Fungsi “Uji 1 Rekod” sebelum proses banyak rekod. • “Test 1 Record” option before processing multiple records. • Side panel boleh diubah saiz dan diletakkan di sebelah kiri atau kanan halaman ePREMA. • Resizable side panel that can be positioned on the left or right side of the ePREMA page. CARA MENYEDIAKAN DATA RPH / HOW TO PREPARE YOUR RPH DATA 1. Sediakan dokumen RPH dalam Microsoft Word. Prepare your RPH documents in Microsoft Word. Untuk penggunaan jangka panjang, disyorkan menyediakan RPH sekitar 30 minggu atau lebih, dan sebaiknya lengkap untuk satu tahun persekolahan. For easier long-term use, it is recommended to prepare approximately 30 weeks or more of RPH, preferably a complete RPH collection for the entire school year. 2. Gabungkan semua fail Word RPH menjadi satu fail .docx. Combine all RPH Word documents into one .docx file. Contoh / Example: RPH Minggu 1 / RPH Week 1 RPH Minggu 2 / RPH Week 2 RPH Minggu 3 / RPH Week 3 ... RPH Minggu Akhir / RPH Final Week Gabungkan semuanya menjadi satu dokumen Word lengkap sebelum proses conversion. Combine them into one complete Word document before conversion. 3. Buka RPH Converter / Open the RPH Converter https://bit.ly/converterrpheprema Upload fail Word yang telah digabungkan dan biarkan converter memproses kandungan RPH. Upload the combined Word document and allow the converter to process the RPH information. 4. Tukarkan Word kepada JSON / Convert Word to JSON Selepas conversion selesai, download fail .json yang dihasilkan ke komputer. When the conversion is complete, download the generated .json file to your computer. CARA MENGGUNAKAN RPH AUTOFILL / HOW TO USE RPH AUTOFILL 5. Login ke ePREMA seperti biasa dan buka halaman RPH. Log in to ePREMA normally and open the relevant RPH page. 6. Buka ePREMA Teacher Helper. Open ePREMA Teacher Helper. Boleh dibuka melalui ikon extension atau butang Helper pada halaman ePREMA. It can be opened from the extension button or the Helper button shown on the ePREMA page. 7. Buka bahagian RPH dan pilih/upload fail JSON. Open the RPH section and select/upload the JSON file. Gunakan fail JSON yang telah dihasilkan oleh RPH Converter. Use the JSON file generated by the RPH Converter. 8. Cari RPH yang diperlukan. Search for the required RPH. Gunakan maklumat seperti subjek, tahun/kelas, minggu, tarikh atau tajuk. Use information such as subject, year/class, week, date or title. 9. Pilih RPH yang betul dan gunakan AutoFill. Select the correct RPH and use the AutoFill function. Extension akan mengisi medan RPH yang disokong berdasarkan rekod yang dipilih. The extension will fill the supported ePREMA RPH fields using the selected record. 10. Jika fungsi tambahan diaktifkan, extension juga boleh membantu mengisi: If the additional automation options are enabled, the extension can also assist with: • TMK • PK • KBAT • EMK • ABM / BBM 11. Semak semua maklumat sebelum simpan. Review all information before saving. Guru tetap bertanggungjawab menyemak ketepatan dan kesesuaian kandungan RPH sebelum disimpan. Teachers remain responsible for checking that the RPH information is correct and appropriate before saving. CARA MENGGUNAKAN IMPAK / REFLEKSI PUKAL / HOW TO USE BULK IMPAK / REFLECTION Selepas PdP dilaksanakan, buka bahagian Impak dalam ePREMA Teacher Helper. After the lesson has been conducted, open the Impak section in ePREMA Teacher Helper. Pilih tarikh, kelas, subjek atau rekod RPH yang diperlukan. Select the required dates, classes, subjects or RPH records. Masukkan teks Impak/Refleksi yang dikehendaki. Enter the required Impak/Reflection text. Ruangan berikut adalah pilihan / optional: • Jumlah murid / Number of students • Hadir / Attendance • Capai / Number achieving the objective Jika ruangan tersebut dibiarkan kosong, extension masih boleh memproses refleksi tanpa memerlukan nilai tersebut. If these fields are left blank, the extension can process the reflection without requiring those values. Disyorkan menggunakan Uji 1 Rekod / Test 1 Record terlebih dahulu. It is recommended to use Test 1 Record first. Selepas keputusan disahkan betul, gunakan fungsi proses pukal untuk memproses rekod yang dipilih. Data RPH yang dimuat naik digunakan hanya untuk menyediakan fungsi bantuan RPH dan rekod pengajaran dalam extension. RPH data uploaded by the user is used only to provide the extension's RPH and teaching-record assistance features. Pengguna tidak sepatutnya memasukkan kata laluan atau maklumat pengesahan sensitif ke dalam fail RPH. Users should not upload passwords or other sensitive authentication information into their RPH files.
