Highlights GeM bids matching your keywords, searches all ongoing bids, and pulls key fields from bid PDFs into your Sheet.

Tender Radar helps suppliers who bid on GeM (bidplus.gem.gov.in) find relevant bids and read them faster. What it does - Highlights the bid cards on GeM's listing pages that match your keywords and dims the rest. - "Scan all of GeM" searches every ongoing bid for your keywords using GeM's own search, from the GeM tab you have open, and lists each match once, soonest deadline first. Scans are rate-limited: one request at a time, at most 10 result pages per keyword and 100 requests per scan. - "Extract" downloads a bid's public PDF and reads 20 fields from it inside your browser, including dates, department, quantity, EMD, ePBG, turnover and experience criteria, and MSE and startup relaxations. - "Copy row" copies those fields as one spreadsheet row. - "Connect Google Sheets" creates one spreadsheet named Tender Radar in your Google Drive. "Send to Sheet" adds a bid as a row there, or updates its row if the bid is already in the sheet. Advanced users can post rows to their own Apps Script web app instead. - Tracked bids get a Chrome notification 48 hours and 24 hours before they close, and "Add to calendar" opens a Google Calendar draft event. - Ignore words keep unwanted bids out of highlights and scans. - A NEW pill marks bids found since your last scan. - Mark bids Interested, Applied or Skip; the status goes to your Sheet. - "Download CSV" saves the list for Excel. Privacy Tender Radar has no server and no analytics. Your keywords are stored in Chrome. Bid PDFs are read on your computer. Rows go only to your own spreadsheet. The Google permission it asks for (drive.file) covers only the file it creates, not the rest of your Drive. Nothing is sent to the developer. Notes - Works only on bidplus.gem.gov.in. It reads public bid listings and documents; it does not log in, bid or change anything on GeM. - Free during beta. - Tender Radar is an independent tool and is not affiliated with GeM or Google.
