Chrome just upgraded and I don't have this theme as my backdrop for new tabs anymore.

Hi all,
I'm running Win 8.1 (and still loving it)...
I noticed that my Chrome has recently updated and, all the sudden, I lost this theme as the backdrop for new tabs when they open. I've been through all of the Chrome settings and Yahoo settings and just cannot figure out what I'm missing. This theme says that it is part of Chrome still, but I can't figure out how to get it showing.
This is a major pain, since I want the ability to have an clutter free background so I can see all my links to use for my sites. I don't want some vendor deciding what I'm going to have on my tabs when they open up.

I can not delete the theme.

I didn't get what I was looking for so I went to delete the theme. But found no option to which was outrageous. I would like to report to you that this is not ok and other people are also complaining. So you need to fix this problem.
