GoogleChatの改行と送信キーを変更します。

GoogleChatのEnterを改行、Alt+Enter or Ctrl+Enterを送信に変更します。安全性を目視しやすいように、別のライブラリなどは使用せず、設定変更についても既存のアイコンのメニューのみで新規のUI等は追加しないようにしています。
