Ask a question the way you'd ask a colleague — "how do I request loss runs?", "what is a #POL?", "what happens when a carrier cancels?" — and get a short answer with the steps to follow, plus direct links to the guides and activity codes behind it. Open the full guide when you need the detail; skip it when you don't. Answers come only from your own agency's documented processes and activity codes. This is not a general-purpose chatbot and it does not guess: if something isn't covered in your agency's library, it says so rather than inventing an answer. You sign in with the email and password your agency administrator gave you. Without an Epic Optimizer account, the extension has nothing to show you. PRIVACY The extension cannot read the pages you visit. It has no access to any site other than epicoptimizer.com and injects nothing into your browsing.
