CallQuest turns your shift into a game. It quietly counts your connected calls and voicemails on your contact-center agent desktop, then rewards you with XP, levels, goals and streaks, all shown with an animated 3D Pumpkin Bot companion who levels up alongside you. What it does - Automatic call counting: counts real calls that connect or reach voicemail, and ignores busy or disconnected attempts that never ring. - XP, levels and evolution: every call and booked appointment earns XP. Your companion evolves through glowing forms as you level up. - Goals and appointments: set a daily goal, log appointments with one click, and watch your progress bar fill. - Animated companion: a hand-built 3D Pumpkin Bot with 10 animations that react to what you do. - Unlockable gear: earn caps, visors, armor, boots and a utility pack as you level up. - Themes: several color themes, plus seasonal looks. - Stays open in its own small window next to your agent desktop. - Export CSV of your stats any time. Privacy CallQuest stores all of your statistics locally in Chrome on your computer. It does not create accounts, does not collect personal information, and does not send any data anywhere.
