EPCAD GIS PRO

Adds EPCAD tools and quick links into the BIS GIS map popup for faster property research and navigation.

EPCAD GIS PRO is an add-on for the El Paso Central Appraisal District BIS GIS map (https://go.epcad.org/gis). It upgrades the default property popup for the parcel you select. The original GIS popup only shows basic details like Property ID, GEO ID, legal description, situs address, and acreage. EPCAD GIS PRO connects to EPCAD and adds a richer summary, grouped into: • Owner & mailing info: owner name, mailing address, care-of, percent ownership, exemptions • Location & use: full address, neighborhood, map IDs, property use codes, Doing Business As • Values & tax: market/appraised/assessed values, caps, exemptions, tax jurisdictions, rates, and estimated tax • Improvements & land: living area, year built, class, exterior wall, land acres/square footage, market and production values • History & deeds: roll value history and deed history (date, type, grantor, grantee, volume/page, deed number) It also adds one-click buttons that open, for the same selected property: • EPCAD (El Paso Central Appraisal) • El Paso property tax page • County deed records search • Google Maps location link All from one place, inside the existing BIS GIS interface.
