What it does Pick which sections to hide (click the ⚙️ in the corner) One-click Toggle all and quick Reset Hide things like Property, Values, Tax Jurisdiction, Improvements, Land, Roll Value, Deed, footer, and more Prints come out clean and fit US Letter by default How it works It only runs on epcad.org. You’ll see a small control panel (⚙️). Choose what to hide, and we remember your choices for next time. Nothing leaves your browser. Permissions (at a glance) epcad.org — so the tool can show the panel and hide sections on that site only Storage — to remember your settings No analytics. No tracking. No data collection.
