Salesforce Test Executions

Disturbance while viewing salesforce release notes.

I have added the extension in the chrome. It works fine in the salesforce ors. but when I open release notes in the salesforce an unwanted row named "Table of content" in appeared in the screen and it is not able to closed or cancel. after I removed the extension the row is disappeared.
