Overview
Highlights hardware that is past or near end of support on any page. Runs on click, works offline, sends nothing anywhere.
Hardware end-of-support dates are published years in advance, and then nobody watches them. This extension puts them in front of you. Click the icon and press Scan. Any hardware model on the page gets a small badge: red if it is already past end of support, amber with the days remaining if it ends within a year, green with the date if it is fine. It earns its place anywhere a device list appears without lifecycle context, such as an asset dashboard, a vendor portal, a supplier quote or a ticket. NOTHING LEAVES YOUR BROWSER The reference data is bundled inside the extension itself. There are no network calls, no analytics and no host permissions, so it cannot read anything until you click it. A model with no published end-of-support date is left unbadged rather than guessed. A wrong date is worse than no date, because you will trust it. The bundled reference covers roughly 2,300 models and product families across enterprise switches, firewalls, access points and servers. The full list of supported manufacturers is on eoltracking.com.
