Capture pages, areas or the screen as images or PDF, record video and audio, edit them in built-in editors, and automate captures.

Eofent Capture takes what is on your screen and lets you work with it: capture a page, record a tab or your screen, edit the result, export it in the format you need, and automate the captures you make again and again. Everything is created and stored on your own device. CAPTURE • Full page: scrolls and stitches however long the page is. • Visible area, or a rectangle you draw. • Export as PNG, JPEG or WebP, or as a PDF whose text can be searched and selected. • Save the whole page as a single MHTML file that opens offline exactly as it looked. • Two keyboard shortcuts work anywhere in the browser EDIT • The Shots editor: arrows, shapes, lines, highlights, text, crop, blur and redaction, image adjustments, undo and redo. • Image to Text: read the words out of any capture or region, place them on the canvas as editable text, or copy them. • Edit mode on the page itself: annotate the live page before you capture it. • Save your work as a named project and come back to it. RECORD • Record the current tab instantly, or a window, the whole screen, or a rectangle you draw. • Record sound alone. • The Video and Audio editors: a timeline with split, trim, gaps, snapping and a second audio track; crop the output; undo every step. • Export video as WebM, MP4 or MKV or as an animated GIF; export sound as it was recorded (WebA), or as WAV or MP3. AUTOMATE • Capture a list of addresses in one run, from a typed list or an open tab group, several pages side by side. • Schedule a list to run again at an interval. • Crawl: follow the links from a page you name and capture what it finds. GALLERY • Every capture, recording and saved page in one place, with folders, search, sorting and a preview you can watch without leaving the page. • Select several to delete or export together; see what you have downloaded. MAKE IT YOURS • Eleven interface languages: English, Deutsch, Español, Français, Italiano, 日本語, 한국어, Português, Русский, Türkçe, 中文. • Light and dark themes, including the Eofent Dark theme. • Every editor shortcut can be rebound, with named shortcut presets. • Your own filename pattern and download subfolders per kind of file. PRIVACY Nothing you capture, record or recognise ever leaves your computer. Text recognition runs on your device with all eleven language models included in the extension, so it contacts no server at all. The only server the extension talks to is eofent.com, for your optional account and plan. Usage statistics (counts of how often features are used, never pages, files or text) are sent only if you turn them on, and you can delete them at any time.
