Auto QR Code reader

Does not work a lot of the time

I am wondering if I am doing something wrong as the extension will open the QR sometimes, but a lot of the time it will not. I also thought I had it set to automatically scan, but it does not. Would love some suggestions on how to use this more effectively as it will be a huge help in QCing these QR codes. Thank you!
