Envelock Sensor
Overview
Tells Envelock when your webmail is open on this device, so it can warn you when someone else reads your mail.
Envelock Sensor is a companion for the Envelock email-security service. While your webmail is open, it quietly tells Envelock that your device is present — no email content ever leaves your browser, only that a webmail tab is open and, where the page exposes it, the ID of a message you opened. That presence signal lets Envelock catch account takeover: a sign-in from a new device or country, or a message read in your mailbox while none of your devices were there. You pair the sensor once with a code from your Envelock dashboard. It holds its own limited token and can never read your mail, your alerts, or your account. Requires an Envelock account (https://envelock.org).
