Entruno Files to forms. Forms to files. Move records between PDF or Excel files and supported website forms, from a side panel or a separate workspace window beside your work. UPLOAD Choose a PDF or Excel file. Entruno reads the records, matches supported fields and submits records one by one using your existing website sign-in. Supported documents include text PDFs and readable scanned or handwritten registers, including English and Indic scripts. Language and handwriting quality vary; uncertain readings pause for review. Recognized Indic document values require checking every record against the source before submission. Selected photos and supporting attachments can accompany records. Missing values, uncertain matches and unsupported controls pause the job for your help. No workflow JSON file is needed. DOWNLOAD Save values from a populated form, or collect supported record tables across paginated pages and detail pages. Download Excel or PDF files with clickable photo and attachment URLs when available. PDF exports include selectable text for supported scripts, including Punjabi and Gujarati. These links may require your website sign-in or expire. Original computer file paths cannot be recovered. REMEMBER YOUR SETUP Matching website setups can be reused on this Chrome profile when the account, URL and page structure match. Each download reads fresh record values. Entruno stays associated with the tab where you start it. BEFORE YOU START Create a free Entruno account with your name, phone, email, state and country, then sign in in the extension. Email/password and Google sign-in are supported. Early access is free for a limited introductory period. Paid plans will follow with notice before pricing changes. No automatic charges. Existing website sign-in remains separate. Entruno records usage times, actions, file types, counts, website domain and network IP at receipt. Activity reports exclude record contents, filenames, URL paths and queries. Your selected source files and generated PDF/Excel downloads are saved privately for 30 days (20 MB/file; 200 MB/account). View, retrieve or delete them on your account page. Admins cannot download your files through the application. PDFs and photos selected for cloud reading are sent to the configured team service. Ordinary field-matching requests exclude Excel row values; a separate private file-history copy contains your selected source file. Column names and website labels may be sent for matching. Submitted data goes to your selected destination website. See the privacy policy for processing and retention details. Website support varies. CAPTCHA, OTP, inaccessible frames, closed shadow roots, virtualized lists and unsupported custom controls need manual handling. Recognition accuracy and completeness are not guaranteed. Direct PDF exports contain up to 200 records per file; larger collections can be saved as Excel or smaller PDF ranges.
