EntOS
Overview
Bring EntOS into LinkedIn so account executives can capture relationship context and find warm paths to target accounts.
Build your pipeline without losing time to manual research and data entry. The EntOS browser extension helps account executives work with EntOS while browsing LinkedIn, keep professional relationship context current, and turn that context into credible routes to target accounts. Key capabilities: - Research people and companies on LinkedIn with EntOS available in the same browser workflow. - Sync relevant profile, company, connection, people-search, and mutual-connection information to the signed-in EntOS workspace. - Use current relationship context in EntOS to prepare target accounts and find warm introduction paths. - Optionally import a LinkedIn member data export, or selected CSV files from it, to bootstrap relationship evidence. - Keep the workspace address book and company network grounded in sourced relationship data. - Support scheduled, bounded syncs so introduction paths stay current. - While sync is enabled, automatically open or reuse a clearly titled, pinned LinkedIn tab and visit a closed set of packaged LinkedIn routes. To stop scheduled syncing, disable the extension in Chrome's extension settings; re-enable it when you want syncing to resume. - See clear EntOS and LinkedIn connection, queue, activity, and allowance status from the extension. To provide these features, the extension reads bounded professional information from supported LinkedIn pages and sends it securely to the signed-in EntOS workspace. This can include names, public profile identifiers and URLs, roles, companies, visible connection context, search results, relevant page URLs, and capture times. Each workflow may send a bounded, sanitised, route-scoped representation of the page's main professional content and relevant responses from LinkedIn's same-origin APIs. Scripts, forms, styles, event handlers, embedded documents, credentials, and off-origin links are excluded from the page representation. Collection occurs only through packaged workflows selected from a cryptographically signed catalogue and only on a closed set of packaged LinkedIn routes. The extension does not collect browsing activity from unrelated websites, and the data is not sold or used for advertising. For optional data-export imports, EntOS makes narrow use of personal-communications metadata: message counterparties, direction, and timestamps are used only to derive relationship evidence; recommendation direction and dates are used for the same purpose. EntOS never retains message subjects or bodies, recommendation text, or comment text. Raw ZIP and CSV content is discarded after processing. EntOS retains the derived relationship data and identifiers, plus activity URLs, timestamps, interaction types, and reaction types for reactions and comments. Those interaction references remain pending and do not affect relationship rankings yet. An EntOS account and a LinkedIn account are required. The extension operates only on LinkedIn and EntOS pages. It reads visible professional relationship data but does not connect, follow, react, comment, message, publish, or edit LinkedIn data. LinkedIn page collection occurs only inside a packaged workflow selected by the signed catalogue; the plugin has no passive browsing capture or generic remote action interpreter. See the EntOS privacy policy for retention, sharing, and user-choice details.
