Collaborate on pre-meeting tasks with your colleagues directly in Google Calendar

When creating a new event, this extension allows a Google Calendar user to specify invite reasons and pre-meeting tasks for meeting guests. This is presented as a new sidebar in Google Calendar. A meeting guest can then use the extension to mark off tasks as done or indicate that they prefer not to do the task now. A meeting guest can block off time to prepare for the meeting by clicking a button in the sidebar. This action automatically inserts a new event in the user's calendar for the preparation.
