Overview

offload works in your own chrome, in its own tab group. it needs the offload app for mac.

offload is an assistant for your mac. this extension is the half of her that works in your browser. she opens her own tab group, does the work there, and closes what she opened. your tabs stay yours: she never takes over the tab you are looking at, and she never raises a window in front of you. what she does here - pulls what you need out of pages that have no export button - fills the forms and does the data entry you have been putting off - follows a job across a dozen tabs without losing her place - reads console errors and network requests while you debug - rings the thing she found and writes a note beside it, on the page, so you never go hunting for what she is talking about - tidies your tabs into named groups when you ask, files pages into your bookmarks in folders of your own words, and puts everything back with one word - saves a page as a pdf, or a whole page as an image, and hands you the file she stops at the final control send, buy, publish, submit, delete. she gets everything ready and hands it back. the extension classifies the control in the page itself, immediately before the click, and refuses: nothing is pressed, and a note appears saying so. that is a wall in the code, not a promise in a policy. what it needs this extension does nothing on its own. it is driven by the offload app for mac, which is where you talk to her and where the work is planned. install the app first. getting started 1. install the offload app for mac from offload.so 2. install this extension 3. open the app and it finds this browser 4. name the browser when it asks which one to drive what it can reach the extension can read and act on any page you send her to, because a person's browsing is not a list of sites anyone can know in advance. she works only in her own tab group, and every consequential control is handed back to you. note: offload runs on macos, and this extension is not supported on other chromium browsers today. privacy policy: https://offload.so/privacy/
