Innwaya — Gmail to Tasks
Overview
Create Innwaya tasks and calendar entries from Gmail or Chrome, with meeting links, optional files, and email reminders.
Turn Gmail emails into actionable tasks with Innwaya workspace. Capture an open email, review its details and attachments, and save everything to a new or existing task in your Innwaya workspace. Features: • Capture the email subject, sender, message text, and a link to the original email. • Include supported email attachments or add files manually. • Create a new task or add the email to an existing task. • Assign tasks to teammates. • Choose a property, section, due date, and priority. • Review captured content before saving. • Keep email details, attachments, and task conversations together. Getting started: 1. Sign in to Gmail and your Innwaya portal in the same Chrome profile. 2. Keep your Innwaya portal tab open. 3. Open an email and click “Capture open email.” 4. Review the content, choose your task settings, and save. The extension captures expanded messages in the open Gmail conversation. Expand any messages you want included before capturing. Attachments support up to 4 MB per file and 20 MB total per capture. An authorized Innwaya account is required. Installing the extension does not create an account or grant workspace access.
