Package is invalid: 'CRX_FILE_NOT_READABLE'.

I'm trying to install this, but I keep getting this error message. How can I fix it?

Unable to get it to work

When I clicked the pinned extension icon is slid out a blank page from the right. Tried a few things to get it to work, but no luck. Perhaps it has a conflict with other active extensions, but I am not willing to undo the ones I use regularly.
