Advanced smooth scrolling with dynamic acceleration and natural feel

This extension attempts to recreate the beloved smooth scrolling experience from Chrome's retired "windows-scrolling-behavior" flag. This extension brings back the natural, fluid scrolling that many users miss. This extension is still not perfect, and on some websites, namely YouTube, it doesn't perform that well. That's why there is an easy option to disable it for the current site in the extension popup.
