help in refreshing dashboards in a customer community dashboard
Hi,
We downloaded your extension called: Enhance Salesforce Dashboard – my current version of the extension 26.0.0
We read that it is supposed to refresh also dashboards in a partner community portal .
But for some reason it doesn’t work for us.
And when we are in the community portal the extension says "No access needed"
We really be happy to have your assistance in guiding us how to use the extension also in the community portal dashboards,

If my dashboard is set to "view as dashboard viewer" and i will scheduled refresh it will refresh for all users?

Refresh Record without need
Hi, we currently have the issue that the Salesforce Enhance Dashboard Plugin function “Refresh every … seconds” option also affects other objects outside of the Dashboards. When our users compose email drafts, case comments or texts posts, it will also refresh those in the set interval of seconds. The “Reload Page on Refresh” Option is not checked. Could you please analyse this? Thanks, Samuel

installing the addon?
Hi. I would like to use the dashboard add-on for a display monitor in the call center. Should I download and install from the google web store or from app exchange? what is the difference between them? and if I install from app exchange, how do I choose the workstation to run on?

non default refresh
Good morning
we would need to silently and automatically configure the plugin for numerous users, it is possible to distribute a single standard configuration, with non default refresh for example?

If one staff person has this extension, is is sufficient for automatic refreshes for all staff?

Log4j Affected or NOT?

Refresh Button is greyed out
This works in Classic, but not in Lightning Dashboard. My "REfresh" button is greyed out and does not refresh automatically.

Is your system going to store our data?

Doesn't work on Partner Community Dashboards
Hi,
I have tried this extension, which worked fine in our classic Salesforce org. But, when i log into our partner community, this extension doesn't work, Dashboards doesn't auto refresh at all. Our partner community uses custom lightning template. Not, sure if this extension supports Salesforce communities.
