Adds Endurance profiles to bikerouter.de and brouter.de

A set of custom cycling profiles for bikerouter.de and brouter.de. These profiles are designed for fast, predominantly paved routes that still allow for occasional off-road shortcuts. If you prefer asphalt but don't mind including 0.5% to 20% of unpaved segments, these profiles are for you. Best for: - Weekend adventures. - Long-distance touring. - Brevets and endurance training. - Bike type: Endurance, All-road, or Gravel bikes. - Approximate tire width: 30mm-42mm. These profiles are based on the Trekking-Fast-wet profile by Poutnik, which sits between "Trekking" and "Road bike" styles. These custom versions make routing even faster by minimizing unnecessary turns and avoiding excessive detours.
