Overview
Record browser actions, add assertions, and save automated web tests to your Endtest account.
The Endtest Web Test Recorder lets you create automated web tests directly in Chrome and save them to your Endtest account. Record browser interactions such as clicks, text input, navigation, keyboard actions, screenshots, and assertions. The recorder generates reusable element locators using IDs, names, XPath, CSS selectors, and other stable attributes. It also supports more complex user journeys involving: * Multiple tabs and windows * Iframes and nested iframes * Shadow DOM elements * Dynamic web applications * Element, URL, title, page-source, accessibility, and AI assertions * Clean recording sessions that clear cookies and site storage before recording Once your recording is complete, you can save it as a new Endtest test or add the recorded steps to an existing test case.
