The Ender Turing Call Recorder extension enables organizations to capture stereo WebRTC call audio directly in the agent’s browser when their call-center or CRM provider does not supply built-in stereo call recordings. This extension is used exclusively by companies that have an active Ender Turing subscription and account. It works on approved call-handling or CRM domains defined by the organization and does not interact with any other websites.
