Finally an extension for me who missed the IE8 Tab Group coloring behaviour. My only feature request is a threshold for the auto-collapse function, such as only collapse other groups when there are more than N tabs in total.

Extension doesn't work Edit: I need to correct myself, this extension doesn't work with "New Tab", it's working perfectly fine with a normal website.

Can you add "moving out a tab from a group" as an event, so when only one tab left in the group, the group will be immediately removed. I have this specific request but might be complex. I hope groups can be automatically named after the query from the parent tab URL. I thought that was how the Custom Rules work.
