I added the link ms-excel:ofv|u|file:///T:/IT/test.xlsx to a wiki page. It doesn't do anything when clicked. Copying it into the address bar throws a warning and then opens Excel with the file.

Doesn't seem to do anything. I hightly doubt it's the devs fault, I think Google is just being a**holes, but still disappointing

Didn't work on Chrome Version 103.0.5060.114 (Official Build) (arm64). I tried several different sites/locations/string formats.
