For those trying to cancel, I think I've found out how

In the browser toolbar, click on the S icon for the extension
Hover over your email address (top right hand corner of the Vimego - Simple Video Downloader dialog box) and click on 'Subscription Details'
Under 'Subscription', click on Cancel
The status for my subscription has now changed to 'Active - Cancelling on 26 June 2024'.
I'll check again on the 27th June to make sure the cancellation process is complete.

I would like to cancel my subscription but cannot find a way to do it

I would like to cancel my subscription as I no longer need the product however I can't find a way of doing it other than by asking my bank to block the transaction. Please let me know how.

Deja de funcionar

Hola, compre hace dos meses la app y me dejó de funcionar a mitad de mes, sin razón alguna, al siguiente mes lo pague volvió a funcionar dos semanas y dejo de funcionar nuevamente y ahora a vuelto a funcionar y me pide que lo pague otra vez cuando lo he pagado el 27 del mes, con lo cual necesito que me digais porque tengo que pagar dos veces lo mismo
