Lets Empryo read and drive tabs in this browser when you ask it to, with a visible cursor and a one-key stop.

Empryo is a coding tool that runs on your own machine. This extension is the part of it that works in your browser. Ask Empryo to do something in a tab and it reads the page, then carries the request out: clicks, typing, scrolling, key presses. A cursor shows where it is about to act, so you can watch it work. Chrome's own "started debugging this browser" banner stays up the whole time, and Ctrl+Shift+X (Command+Shift+X on macOS) stops it at once. What it does - Reads the page's accessibility tree, so it finds a control by its label instead of guessing at pixels. - Clicks, types, scrolls, presses keys, and reads back what changed. - Opens the tabs a task needs in one titled, collapsed group and marks the tab it is driving, so its tabs never get mixed up with yours. It closes only tabs it opened itself, and puts a tab it borrowed back in the group it came from. - Reports the name and location of a file the task downloaded, which the page itself cannot tell the app. - Shows the connection status and a stop button in the toolbar popup. What it needs The Empryo app on the same computer. The extension talks to it over Chrome native messaging and to nothing else: no account, no server, no sign-in. Install Empryo from empryo.com first, then open Settings, Computer use, and register the bridge. In the terminal that is: empryo computer-use extension install. Where your data goes The page content it reads goes to the Empryo app on your machine, and from there only to the model provider you chose in Empryo. Nothing is sold and nothing is shared with anyone else. The extension has no analytics. Password fields are withheld from screenshots and typed text is never logged. When you are not using it It does nothing on its own. With no request running it is detached from every tab, and it never touches a tab you have not pointed it at.
