Turn emails into actionable tasks or notes without leaving Gmail. Empi for Gmail adds an Empi action to the open-message toolbar. Capture the message subject, Gmail link, and the visible email content—or the Gmail AI overview when available—then choose exactly what to send to Empi. • Create a task by default or switch to a note. • Edit the title and captured content before saving. • Set status, priority, focus level, assignees, dates, estimate, project, labels, dependencies, and calendar. • Connect securely from Empi Settings without copying an access token. • Keep a direct link back to the original Gmail message.
