ClickUp Automater is a Chrome Extension that helps developers and project managers automate repetitive task updates in ClickUp. It saves time by automatically changing task statuses, logging time, updating descriptions, and posting comments. đ Key Features: - Smart Task Discovery: Automatically finds tasks due "Today". - Status Filter: Process only tasks with a specific current status. - Status Update: Automatically change task status (e.g., TO DO â IN PROGRESS â COMPLETE). - Time Tracking: Add hours to "Billable Time" and track durations in ClickUp's native tracker. - Description Updates: Append or overwrite task descriptions. - Auto-Commenting: Post standard updates or commit messages to task comments. - Safety First: Uses robust selectors, crash prevention, and intelligent retries. âď¸ How It Works: 1. Scans your List View for tasks due today. 2. Opens each task modal. 3. Updates fields (Status, Custom Fields, Description, Comments, Time Tracker) programmatically. 4. Simulates user input to trigger ClickUp auto-save. 5. Repeats for every matching task automatically. đ ď¸ Installation: 1. Download or clone the extension repository. 2. Go to chrome://extensions/ in Chrome. 3. Enable Developer Mode. 4. Click 'Load unpacked' and select the extension folder. 5.
