It doesn't work with CSS background images, only image tags. So for my purposes it's fairly useless.

Works fine! Could it be possible to do the same not only with the <img> tag but with the CSS background-image property? It would be truly amazing! Thanks

Exactly what I was looking for and works great! I just needed to see some design comps placed on the page to confirm they looked okay. This made it super easy and quick to do without having to mess around with changing the HTML. Works similarly to changing CSS/code in the console - it's all reset when the page refreshes.

I just found a way that keeps the picture on a refresh. Just install this extension: Permanent Inspect Element ( https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/permanent-inspect-element/alfgclaljdbleenfjjnkefddlgbknllp?hl=vi ) and save the page after changing the picture! It works for me, you should try that way =D

Good execution. Just missing one key feature. it would be nice if the the image would stay changed on refresh.
