Emerge Provider Wizard

Signs SPRAVATO REMS forms, approves staged prescriptions and signs PracticeQ notes. One press per signature.

Emerge Provider Wizard is an internal tool for Emerge Ketamine prescribers. It removes the repetitive clicking from three daily tasks and leaves every decision — and every password — with the provider. REMS tab — Finds the SPRAVATO REMS "available for prescriber e-signature" emails in your Gmail, opens each enrollment form, types your prescriber name, replays your drawn signature, submits, and moves the finished emails to Trash. One button runs all three steps. Rx tab — Opens the prescription queue in PracticeQ and, one patient at a time, ticks that patient's prescriptions and clicks Approve. You enter your ID.me login and approve the push on your phone; the wizard clicks "Push notification" and "Approve and send" for you and moves to the next patient. Notes tab — Works through the "Please sign" tasks on your PracticeQ task list. It opens each chart, finds the newest locked notes, and shows a small floating button. You read the note and press once; the wizard clicks "Click to Sign", ticks the task, and opens the next note. It stops at two already-signed notes in a row. What it never does • Store, read or type a password. Your password manager fills logins; you press Continue. • Bypass two-factor authentication. You approve every ID.me push on your phone. • Sign a note you did not press the button for, or pick a two-factor method other than Push. • Send any data anywhere. Nothing leaves your browser. Your prescriber name and signature are stored only in your Chrome profile. A 6-page Quick Start guide opens from the Guide link in the popup. This extension is private to Emerge Ketamine staff and only works with the practice's own PracticeQ, ScriptSure, ID.me and SPRAVATO REMS accounts.
