2ofMe
Overview
2ofMe, your AI assistant in LinkedIn and Gmail: your network kept fresh in your 2nd brain, and your own tabs over your inbox.
2ofMe is an AI assistant that takes busy work off your plate. This extension lets it work in LinkedIn and Gmail. It does two things: 1. Keeps your LinkedIn network fresh in your 2nd brain. A few times a day, in your own browser, it reads what is new: who you connected with, who changed jobs, what they posted, who wants to connect, and your messages. Your assistant uses it to tell you who has news and to draft a hello you send yourself. 2. Puts tabs over your Gmail inbox. A row of tabs at the top of Gmail, one for each search you care about. With Inbox triage on, your To respond and FYI tabs are already there. ON LINKEDIN When you are signed in to 2 of Me, the extension reads what is new in your LinkedIn network a few times a day, in your own browser, as you: who you newly connected with, who started a new role, what your connections posted, who is asking to connect, and your messages. Each time it reads everything since the last time, so nothing is missed. It goes to your own 2 of Me account and nowhere else, so 2 of Me can tell you who has news and prepare a message for you to send. When you open someone's LinkedIn profile, it copies what the page shows about them, without pressing anything or asking LinkedIn for more, so your assistant knows their jobs with fewer searches on the web. The copy is kept once for every 2 of Me user and never says who opened it, and nothing about you is copied: not how you are connected, not the connections you share. It only reads on LinkedIn. It never sends a message, never accepts or sends a connection request, never likes, follows or presses anything. You press Send yourself. It stays under a strict daily limit of at most 120 reads a day, and Integrations in 2 of Me shows you whether it is syncing, when it last synced and what came in. IN GMAIL 2ofMe puts a row of tabs at the top of your Gmail inbox. Each tab is a search you care about, and Inbox brings you back to everything. Make a tab for anything you check often: what is still in your inbox from one person, everything under a label, what arrived in the last 14 days. Each tab shows how many conversations are in it, straight from Gmail, and the number follows along as you archive. You do not need to know Gmail's search syntax. The settings page offers plain choices like "Still in my inbox", "I sent it" and "Last 14 days", and writes the search for you. Rename, reorder or remove tabs at any time. Several Gmail accounts in one browser? Each one gets its own tabs. The tabs work without an account. Your tabs live in your browser, and the counts come from Gmail itself. If you use 2 of Me, the tabs your inbox routine already sorts into appear the first time you open that inbox, your Gmail labels are offered as tabs on the settings page, and the tabs of your 2 of Me inboxes are kept on your account, so they come back when you add 2ofMe again or use another computer. Privacy: your LinkedIn sign-in never leaves your browser. When you are not signed in to 2 of Me, the extension reads nothing on LinkedIn and sends nothing about you anywhere.
