Email Tracker for Gmail, Mailsuite-Mailtrack

Is it impossible to track the reservation email?

Installed the free version and tested with a couple emails. I get a notification saying it's been opened when I have not opened the email. Doesn't work, not gonna bother trying the paid version.

I've been using Mailsuite's mailtracker for some time now. It's so easy to use and very reliable. The help section intuitively anticipates potential issues and solves them with quick, clear fixes. Recently, I needed support after deciding against purchasing the Pro version. They were very responsive, helpful, accommodating, and very service-oriented. Thank you!

Downloaded the free version, emails are not sending and going straight to my draft folder. Cannot figure out how to fix it and you can only get support if you buy the upgraded version. Saw the low ratings but wanted to try it anyways. Maybe try something else.

Definitely is a game changer.I definitely love the ease of it. I love to see all opens when it does work. I like that the DATE/TIME is on there. I also like that the option to opt out of "Sender Notified" is there. That's a big help that is crossed out. Had to re-enable it, not sure why?

Exactly what Nancy Prelaske Said ! What is the point of disabling the mailtrack if we already agreed to the permissions. I agree to any and all permissions to stay enabled so how can you disable the system if I never disagreed. Right when I needed mailtrack the most. Like how long has this been disabled. Kinda forgot I had it. Until Im looking for opens. Not a happy tracker.

it hasn't been working and that's so frustrating since there was no notice sent out that more permissions were needed. one would think that if they installed and gave permission that if additional permissions were needed we'd be notified.

Dear Mailsuite, I don't know what's going on, but I don't have the extension anymore! What to do? A joyful and vigorous day! :)!
