Recently added a PDF signing option which is buggy and doesn't register beyond the first few textboxes. Best intentions, absolutely dead poor execution. Mailtracking also doesn't always load when forwarding emails and you often end up with a sent email with no tracking as a result, negating the whole function of this extension.

Fantastic tool and among the top email tracking tools I've used! I specifically enjoy the UI as it appears throughout Gmail. It's extremely clean, simple, and provides all the quick info I'm interested in day by day. In my perfect world there would be more extensive click tracking where I am able to view which email recipient in particular among a group viewed/clicked on links in an email (I've noticed this isn't available about half the time, unsure why). I send invoices through Quickbooks. My Mailsuite works when I send mail from the app/browser but when I send email invoices through quickbooks, the sent email invoice is in my sent file but it is greyed out. No tracking. So not all it is cracked up to be. :(
I’m sorry, but there is no technical way for us to track emails sent from a third party like QuickBooks, as it does not provide an API or any integration options with its email system. Mailsuite works with emails sent through Gmail (desktop or browser) and Outlook, but unfortunately, we can’t perform miracles with QuickBooks.

I have been a user of MailTrack for almost 4 years. While the cost has increased, so have the features and benefits. Without question, the service value has outpaced additional cost. Of the many apps I have used over the years, MailTrack ranks at the very top.

Mailtrack has allowed me to work seamlessly through my emails and keeps me posted at all times with daily summaries of all emails sent in a day, I would be so lost without Mailtrack and keeping track of how many times customers view my emails, it is amazing I would recommend it to anyone in a sales environment
