Email to Spreadsheet — AI Extractor
Overview
Turn any email into clean spreadsheet rows. Pick the fields you want, AI extracts them, export to CSV in one click.
Stop copy-pasting data out of emails by hand. Email to Spreadsheet pulls the fields you care about out of any email — name, company, phone, what they need, budget, order number, anything — and gives you a clean row you can drop straight into Google Sheets or Excel. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open an email in Gmail or Outlook (or just highlight any block of text). 2. Click the extension and type the fields you want to capture, one per line. 3. AI reads the email and fills in those fields. 4. Copy to your clipboard (paste straight into Sheets) or download a CSV. WHO IT'S FOR • Sales & recruiting — turn inbound emails into CRM rows • Real estate, legal, agencies — capture client intake details fast • Anyone who retypes the same info out of emails every day BRING YOUR OWN KEY (BYOK) The free version uses your own OpenAI-compatible API key, so your email content goes directly from your browser to your AI provider — never through our servers, never stored by us. Extraction costs a fraction of a cent per email. PRIVACY We don't collect, store, or transmit your emails or your API key anywhere. Your key lives only in your browser. The extension reads an email's text only when you click Extract. No account. No signup. Install and go.
