Multiple cries for help unanswered

Ive sent help I cannot edit a template please stop sending me generic stuff and actually trouble shoot the app. Ive put a low review our till this get s fixed

No Template Button next to Send

I downloaded the add on....but still see no "Template" button next to Send when I try to compose an email.

saved templates

Greetings, I can't access my templates. The stock templates are available, but when I try to load one that I created, it hangs. If I try to save a copy of the stock templates and say "OK" to save template, the system returns, but when I try to compose a new email, the copy can't be found.

How to embed links

No instructions on how to embed links inside the call to action buttons. I tried the gmail link insert but it does not put it inside CTA buttons and the same for the social platform icons like Facebook. Please explain how this is done.

Blank launch page

Okay - I was able to "sort of" edit the prepared templates. Then, when I saved my edits - when I click "Template" when crafting a new email, the plugin does not open properly - the "waiting" swirl happens, and then the launching page is blank :-(
I restarted a few times. No change. Suggestion?

Not working!!

So I was amazed by the possibilities in Flashissue for creating a newsletter and invested a lot of time for doing my first issue.
This is, however, where all of the amazing experience stopped.
BEsides creating the newsletter, I can do absolutely nothing else. There is the "send" button and although the reports page shows newsletter has gone out, it has not.
In tutoring videos I see that there should be an extra section available in gmail inbox, however even after going to settings, as instructed, it does not appear.
Please advise, how this can be improved?

Not working

Attempting to use the extension causes me to get the error message, "There were too many redirects."
