Blocks risky email sends in Gmail, Front & Zendesk based on external domains, attachments, or PII detection

Email Send Guard helps prevent accidental data leaks by showing a confirmation popup before sending messages when potential risk is detected. Works on Gmail (mail.google.com) Front (app.frontapp.com) Zendesk Agent Workspace (*.zendesk.com) When it warns you A warning appears before sending if any of the following are detected: 1. PII in the message body (e.g., email addresses, phone numbers, SSN-like patterns, PAN-like patterns) 2. Sensitive attachments (e.g., .pdf, .csv, .xls, .xlsx, .zip) 3. External recipients / risky recipient patterns based on your organization’s internal domains (e.g., @infeedo.com) What happens Click Send / Submit If risk is detected, a popup appears listing the reasons Choose: Cancel (stops sending) Send Anyway (proceeds) Privacy Runs locally in your browser as a content script on supported sites. Does not require account sign-in. Does not store message content.
