All processing occurs locally on the user's device: * **`storage`**: Used exclusively to store user configurations locally (e.g. email filters, custom blocklists, selected countries for phone extraction, custom link colors, and the bulk opener configuration) via `chrome.storage.local`. * **`activeTab`**: Provides temporary access to the active page when the user opens the extension to run extraction tools (emails, phone numbers, or link analysis) without requiring global read-access to all pages. * **`scripting`**: Required to inject content scripts (`content.js`) when requested by the user, and to dynamically inject stylesheet rules (`insertCSS`) to colorize links based on user preferences. * **`tabs`**: Used to query current tab details (URL/title), manage messaging between popup and content scripts, and programmatically open batch URLs. * **`tabGroups`**: Essential for the Bulk URL Opener to organize bulk-opened tabs into a single, custom-named, and color-coded tab group to keep the browser window clean and organized. * **`<all_urls>` (Host Permission)**: Required to allow the content script to perform local data extraction (emails/phones) and apply link color overrides on any domain the user chooses to scan, as well as load dynamically-imported ES modules (`email.js` and `phone.js`) across different web origins.
