Email Extractor
Overview
Email Extractor: extract emails from any web page and from search results automatically, then export your list to CSV.
Email Extractor extracts email addresses from the pages you visit. Auto Search mode automates email extraction on search engines, so the extension pages through the results while you do something else. Email Extractor is a tool for sales and marketing professionals, recruitment agencies and HR professionals, small business owners, researchers, and digital marketers who need to extract email addresses from many sources, automate the search for emails, and build an email list for outreach without copying addresses by hand. Features: * Extract emails automatically from every page you open, including content loaded later by scripts * Extract emails from the current page on demand and copy them to your clipboard * Extract emails hidden behind obfuscation such as "user [at] domain.com", plus mailto links * Auto Search pages through Google, Bing and DuckDuckGo results on its own and stops at the last page * Live count of collected emails on the toolbar icon * Every address keeps its source: the site, the page title, and the date it was first seen * Full-page list of collected emails with search, sorting, and single or bulk delete * Export the whole email list to CSV, source and date included * Site blacklist to skip pages you never want scanned, such as your webmail * Email blacklist with wildcards (*@example.com, *noreply*) to keep junk addresses out of the list How to use the extension: - Once installed, email extraction starts on its own. You do not need an account or any setup. - Browse as usual. The number of collected emails is shown over the icon in the browser toolbar. - On a search engine, open the popup and turn on Auto Search to extract emails from result after result automatically. It is off again after a browser restart. - Click "View collected emails" for the full-screen table of everything collected. - Press "Export CSV" to download the list, or "Copy all" to put it on the clipboard. - Open Settings to choose which sites and which addresses to leave out. The extension is free, and there is no cap on how many emails you collect or export. Collected emails stay on your device. There is no account behind Email Extractor and no server it reports to, so the pages you visit and the addresses it finds are never uploaded anywhere.
