Struggling to find videos

For a while now this program has been struggling to find videos. I have to exit the program and restart the program every time for it to pick up any videos. I've updated the program and the problem persists. Any advice?

Instagram

When it is downloaded on Instagram, can you add the username at the beginning? It is easier to identify videos in files that way.
