When integrated with JoinedUp CRM, it enables call pop-ups within the CRM, creates leads, contacts, accounts, tasks, and logs call details. Users can view and manage call logs directly within JoinedUp CRM. The extension seamlessly integrates with the Elisha Telecom Unified Communications Platform.
