HOW TO USE Install the extension and navigate to your Intercom inbox (https://app.intercom.com). Customer messages will automatically display subtle highlights on detected PII and health terms. Hover over any highlighted term to see the detected data category. Click the PrivacyPulse extension icon in your Chrome toolbar to toggle highlighting, adjust settings, or manage custom words. Use the "Dashboard" to configure languages, manage exclusions, or export/import team lists. PERMISSIONS EXPLAINED • "https://.intercom.com/": Restricted strictly to Intercom domains to detect sensitive text and scan for duplicate customer tickets. • "storage": Used to save your custom keywords, exclusions, language toggles, and appearance preferences locally. • "activeTab" & "scripting": Used to inject selected language dictionaries on demand and apply live updates without reloading pages.
