Elevate XRM is a free toolkit for people who build, test, administer and support Dynamics 365 and Power Platform model-driven apps. Open it from the browser toolbar on any record form, list or dashboard and get 44 tools in one tidy panel, without leaving the app. WHY INSTALL IT • Everyday jobs in one place: check a record's IDs and fields, fix data, run a query, test security and debug a form, all from the page you are already on. • Fewer trips to the maker portal, Advanced Find, separate desktop tools and the browser console. • Nothing to set up. It uses the sign-in you already have, with no connections, keys or accounts. • Safe by design. It can never do more than your own account allows, and every data change asks you first. • Free, with no ads, no analytics and no tracking. FIND YOUR WAY FAST • Quick search (Ctrl+K): type part of a tool's name and press Enter. • Frequently used: your most-used tools and quick actions, one click from the home screen. • Two layouts: a centred panel over the app, or the browser's side panel, which stays open beside the app as you move between records. • Side panel quick actions: refresh the form or sub-grids, clone the record, copy the record ID, URL, Web API URL or table name, open a record by ID, create a new record, and add or remove the page from the app's side panes. Pin favourites, switch between grid and list, and use a light or dark theme. • Compact or comfortable density, to suit your screen. RECORD • Record Info: IDs, URLs, table, form and audit details, plus clone, refresh form and refresh sub-grids. • Fields: every column on the record, including ones not on the form. Filter, hide empty values, copy any value, and export to JSON or CSV. • Unsaved Changes and Form Snapshot: see exactly what changed on the form, take a snapshot, and roll back to it. • Update: change several fields at once, including read-only fields and fields not on the form. Status and Status Reason stay paired. • Bulk Update / Delete: select records with FetchXML, then update fields on all of them or delete them, with progress and a confirmation step. • Audit Timeline and Audit Restore: see every audited change with before and after values, and restore earlier values. • Record Comparer: compare two records field by field and copy values across. • Duplicate Finder: find likely duplicates of the record by name, email or phone. • Clone with Children: copy a record together with its sub-grid rows. • App Side Panes: add the page that is open to the app's side panes, list them and remove any. FORM • Form Tools: show logical names as colour-coded, click-to-copy tags; reveal hidden fields and sections; unlock fields; highlight unsaved changes; collapse tabs; blur data for screen sharing. • Debug: reload the form with Forms Monitor, Command Checker, Performance Center, or with form scripts turned off. • Form Scripts: the form's OnLoad, OnSave and OnChange handlers, business rules and script libraries (web resources). • Columns: table columns and relationships with type and writable badges, logical and navigation names, and CSV and JSON export. • Choice Values: the numbers behind every choice, multi-select and yes/no column. • Find on Form: where each field sits on the form, with its visibility, editability and requirement level. DATA • Related Records (Preview): everything linked to the record through lookups, 1:N and N:N relationships. Browse it as a list or as a node map with parents on the left and children on the right, focus on any linked record, and export the map as a PNG or SVG image. • Query Studio: run FetchXML or Web API queries and export the results to JSON or CSV; send GET, POST, PATCH, PUT and DELETE requests with headers and a JSON body, with templates for custom APIs; and convert queries between FetchXML and OData in both directions. • Personal Views: create personal views from FetchXML, and run, edit and open your saved views. • Data Tools: format, minify, encode and decode JSON, XML and FetchXML; browse JSON, XML, CSV or TSV as a searchable tree or table; and turn JSON, or a table's columns and choices, into C#, TypeScript, Java, Python or Go classes. SECURITY • Roles: your roles and privileges, plus side-by-side comparisons of two users (roles, teams and access teams) or two security roles (privileges and access depth), with filters and export. • Record Access: check exactly what a user can do with this record, and why. • Form as User: see which fields and commands a user gets on this form, then open the app as them. • Impersonate: make this tab's Web API calls as another user, with a clear on-screen notice while it is on. DEV & TEST • Processes: workflows, business rules, actions, Power Automate flows and custom APIs for the table. • Plug-in Traces: recent trace logs with exceptions and message blocks. • Fill Form: fill all, required or chosen fields with realistic random values by type, and add test rows to sub-grids (including many-to-many), with undo. • Generate CSV: build an import-ready CSV of realistic test rows for the table, in three guided steps. • Test Data Cleanup: remove the test records and links Fill Form created, or find test records by name. • Form Test Recorder: record field changes and saves, add checks, and replay them as repeatable tests. • Environment: organisation, version, app, user and business unit details, and environment variables you can view and edit in place. • Scripts: run and save your own JavaScript snippets against the form. NAVIGATE • Quick Navigation: jump to records by ID, table lists, solutions, admin areas and the maker portal. BUILT TO BE SAFE • Works only on Dynamics 365 and Dataverse sites, using your existing sign-in and permissions. It can never do more than your account allows. • Nothing is sent to Elevvo Technologies or any third party. There are no analytics or tracking, and no remote code. • Changes to data always ask for confirmation, and form edits are not saved until you save. • Tools that need a record form are clearly disabled elsewhere, with a tooltip explaining why. • Your settings and usage counts stay in your own browser.
