Overview
Hide, blur, randomize text, or replace words on any page with undo, per-site toggles, and a dashboard.
Element Hider Pro is a powerful browser extension that gives you full control over what you see on any webpage. Hide Elements: Click any element to remove it from view completely, or collapse it while keeping the layout space intact. Blur Elements: Apply a smooth blur effect with adjustable intensity (0–20px) to obscure sensitive or distracting content without removing it. Randomize Text: Replace visible text with random words, characters, symbols, or a scrambled version of the original. Great for privacy or content creation. Custom Word Rules: Hide, blur, replace, or randomize specific words across an entire site with a single rule. Effects apply automatically on every page load. Undo: Press Ctrl+Z or click the undo button to instantly reverse any action. Per-Site Toggle: Temporarily disable the extension on specific sites without deleting your saved rules. Dashboard: Manage all your rules from a full-page dashboard. Search, sort by name/date/effect count, export and import rules as JSON, and control per-site settings. Persistent Rules: All effects are saved locally and restored automatically when you revisit a page. No data is sent to any server. Keyboard Shortcuts: Alt+H to hide, Alt+R to randomize, Alt+B to blur. Global shortcuts work even when the popup is closed. Dark Mode: Full light and dark theme support with automatic detection of your system preference. Cross-Browser: Works on Chrome, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge.
